Terms of service

These terms apply to locksmith services provided by 24/7 Locksmith Near Me in Seattle, WA and nearby cities, and to the use of this website. By booking a service or using the site you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

We give a quote over the phone based on the details you share. If the job on site turns out to be different from what was described, for example a different lock, vehicle or key system, we will explain what changed and confirm the new price with you before doing any extra work.

Proof of ownership or residency

Before we open a home, business, vehicle or safe, or make keys for it, we may ask for a photo ID and a document that shows you live at the address, own the vehicle or are authorized to access the property. We may decline or stop a job if this cannot be confirmed.

Arrival times

Arrival times we give are estimates. Traffic, weather and other calls can affect them, and we will keep you updated if we are running late.

Entry methods and damage

We use non-destructive entry methods first. Some situations, such as high-security locks or locks that are already damaged, may require drilling or replacing the lock. We will explain this and get your approval before doing it.

Parts you supply

We can install locks, key fobs or other parts that you bought yourself, but we cannot guarantee that they are compatible or that they will work, and we are not responsible for defects in them.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Website content

Information on this website is general and may change without notice. Service availability depends on your location, lock or vehicle and the time of the call.

Privacy

How we handle the details you send us is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
